Eagle Week

Eagle Week is a week long resident camp with a structured program that will get Scouts to work on Eagle Required Merit Badges, go through the Life to Eagle process, and Life Scouts will be able to start their Life to Eagle process with an Eagle Guide.

Individual Scouts from all around the Council will form into a Provisional Troop.  The Provisional Troop will meet before the week at camp to start working on requirements for all the badges.  Pre-Requisites must be completed for a success week at camp.

The Scouts while working on their Path to Eagle will also participant in many other fun events at Ingersoll Scout Reservation.  To add to the fun of the week Scouts will have activities such as Cowboy Action Shooting, COPE, Water Polo, and more!

This is not just a show up and get the badge type of program, Scouts will work to earn the badges and be able to start on their Path to Eagle.

Merit Badges that will be worked on:​

  • Emergency Preparedness
  • Cooking
  • First Aid
  • Camping
  • Environmental Science

Who: Individual Scouts can register for this program with a limit of 20 Scouts!  Scouts must be 13 or older and have completed the 1st Class rank.

Cost: $300 per Scout, $200 if attended a week of camp at ISR 2017 Summer Camp.
